Mel & Darren Married!! Sundre Wedding Photographers Hanafoto

Mel really wanted us as her Sunre wedding photographers, so she got us!  We are so humbled, as she has been raving about us since that day!  You are too good to us! But thank you!  We love Sundre! 🙂 oh, and Newfoundland, of course, as there is where Darren is from!  I was chatting with my kids all week in my ‘faux’ Newfie accent!  Not quite the same, but fun none the less…

This cute couple had their wedding ceremony in a lovely grassy field at the Sundre River Resort.  We enjoyed a sweet ceremony, with tears from both the bride and groom.  Then off storm chasing in a Highland Limo, or trying to keep ahead of the storm as we headed around Sundre for photos.  The thunderclouds made for a moody backdrop!
Then we headed back to the campground resort for an amazing pig roast dinner, with the best baked beans I’ve ever tasted.  The rain started pouring down during dinner, but as per Alberta weather, the sun never stopped shining!  What a magical day, the rainbow shown over the tent, as photobooth fun ensued, and crazy pugs ran wild.  Enjoy!!
